Wednesday, October 19, 2005 Ok so my mother is doing ok. The surgery went as planned however she had a VERY tough time coming out of anesthesia. She was in major pain even with the morphine they gave her. She was also pretty damn nauseatious (spelling) the entire time also. They are keeping her over night because of her pain level, and the nausea. Hopefully she will be home tomorrow night.Now onto a FABULOUS note!! We found 2 puppies we want to adopt from SEACCA in Downey. I am on a waiting list for both of them. For the one I want most I'm the 10th on the list to get her if the people don't show. For the second I'm the third. Now if they ( the people ahead of me on the wait list) aren't there at 11:01 to get them I get to have my first choice. Which kind of sucks but such is life. The only thing I may have going in my favor is it's a Friday morning and 99% of people work so I'm so hoping that they don't show. My dad is going to get her (either one) for me. Please please please if you can, can you send some extremely positive vibes so we can add at least one of the (hopefully my first choice) to our family since we have lost yet another animal. Spooky my sweet cat has completely disappeared and we know she's not coming back. She's been gone for 3 weeks and hasn't even shown up to eat food. We've basically given up hope. So we need a little ray of sunshine in our lives once again. |
About Myself
I'm a newlywed who got married on March 15,2008.
I'm currently living at home with my mother, husband,
2 dogs, 3 cats, and 5 tortises. We're saving up for
our first how which we'll hopefully buy soon. I'd
love to start our family, but that like everything
comes in it's own time.
I recently lost my father, and am dealing with his
death the best way I know how. Surrounding myself
with the people I love, and enjoying life like he
would have wanted me to.
